With an unwavering commitment to customer service, Shelley starts her days early, rising at 5am to hit the road promptly. “I aim to visit between five and seven customers on an average day, taking the time to have meaningful conversations with each one,” explains Shelley. “With a vast array of products in our catalogue, it’s essential to provide comprehensive guidance and support.”

Being part of the electrical industry has brought Shelley remarkable experiences and connections. “I love being involved in the electrical industry, which has afforded me the opportunity to attend fantastic events, engage in sports activities, and even travel abroad,” expresses Shelley. “Along the way, I’ve formed wonderful friendships and developed strong relationships with loyal and amazing customers.”
