Court Case Settled:
Scolmore (International) Limited and Niglon Limited have settled their dispute over Niglon’s use of Scolmore’s trade marks in relation to its sale of its MEDIAN products. Niglon accepts that this amounted to trade mark infringement and passing off, which it regrets and for which it has paid compensation to Scolmore. Niglon will not in future make any comparisons of the quality, source or origin of its products with Scolmore’s products. Niglon also confirms that its products are not made in the same factory or by use of the same moulds as those of Scolmore.
